Delivery

At ECOworld Furniture we strive to offer our customers a fast, convenient and hassle free delivery service.

We currently offer the following delivery services:

• Standard Delivery;
  Your items will be delivered on our one man service and placed inside your home.
• Two man white glove service;
  Our delivery team will book in a suitable day and time with you for delivery. Your items will be delivered by a two man team who will place the items in a room of your choosing. You will be given plenty of time to check over your items and make sure that you are completely happy with them before signing to acknowledge receipt of your order.

These are based on the following three tier pricing structure, and the delivery service offered will depend on the type of item ordered.

• Small Item Delivery - £4.95;
  This service includes all small items that can be dispatched to you via our next day parcel courier (for example; bedside chests, stools, mirrors & certain flat pack items)
• Medium Item Delivery - £9.95;
  This service includes all medium sized items and will use standards delivery couriers. It includes items such as chests of drawers, dining tables, chairs, etc.
• Large Item Delivery - £19.95;
  The large item delivery service covers all larger, heavier items that are likely to require a two man team to deliver. This may not always be the case. Items like wardrobes, some large chests and all furniture sets are included in the large item delivery category.

There are some exceptions to the above points as follows:

• FREE Delivery on all orders over £500;
  All single pieces or groups of items that total over £500 will receive free delivery.
• Exempt Pieces;
  Some pieces of furniture are not covered in our three tier pricing structure, and the price for delivery on these may vary accordingly.

The following extra services are also available;

• Saturday Delivery - £29.95;
  You can select our Saturday Delivery service at the checkout page of our site. This will guarantee delivery on Saturday only.
• Assembly;
